I’ve always been told if the computer shuts off after 75, then it likely means you passed. I know multiple people that passed with just 75 questions and have never heard of anyone failing with 75 questions only. Ive been nonstop reading of peoples experience of taking the NCLEX and the computer shutting off around near 75-80 questions and I'm not trying to be pessimistic but I absolutely felt like... I didn't know anything, I doubted every initial answer, kept changing answers and finished 77-78 questions in around 1.5 hrs.Not trying to scare anyone, but, yes, a friend of mine just failed with 75. Yes, my close friend did, well 76 questions (straight A student got better marks than me). Personally, I thought the first 75 went really well, half SATA. Did not turn off at 75, or 100, or 200 ... 251 .. finally turned off.If all goes according to plan, this NGN NCLEX will better bridge the gap between theory and practice. I felt fairly confident, but over half of my questions were "select all that apply" questions and that's why I'm second-guessing myself. It's absolutely agonizing. The NCLEX is a difficult and confusing test.You'll fail the exam if you didn't answer the minimum number of questions. So, one sign that you did fail the NCLEX is if you ran out of time before completing the minimum 75 questions.
